The question you should ask is "how can INEC be truly independent if they need the Federal Government to fund them".

Look at the way INEC officials are put on display to beg for sustenance from a committee of morons.

How can anyone assume NICON and Independent National Electoral Commission?

Why can they not source their own funds from registering political parties and selling candidates forms? What stops them from having their own self-sustaining bank account?

Seems to me more like D-NEC.
